HOTEL101 - ("H101", "the Company", “we”, “us” or “our”.) are committed to protecting and respecting your personal data and complying with data protection principles and provisions under applicable laws.

We can provide you with general facts relating to how your personal data is processed, provided that such requested information does not amount to details that are deemed confidential or proprietary by the company.
  • You have the right to access your personal data with us, and you have the right to rectify should you find that the personal information we have on you needs update and/or correction. We respect the exercise of said rights provided that the accompanying request is not vexatious or unreasonable.

We may collect personal information about you that you provide to us while using the Hoel 101 App including when you open/create a User Account, make reservations, or bookings, or use the services. Providing your Information with us is always on a voluntary basis. However, we may not be able to provide you with certain services if you choose not to give us your personal information

  • Data collected will be retained following the retention limit set by our standards, industry standards, and laws and regulations, unless you request your data to be deleted from our database

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
